Delivery and Returns

Complimentary shipping

BRANDEL offers complimentary shipping and returns within Europe.

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our atelier once they have been completed. When your order leaves our atelier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, such as the United Kingdom or Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes or local charges may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.

For deliveries outside Europe, please contact us via our contact form to enquire about international shipping options.

Packaging

Each BRANDEL piece is carefully prepared for its journey.

Your jewellery is individually placed in our signature gift packaging, designed to protect the piece while presenting it beautifully. The gift box is then placed inside a protective shipping box to ensure safe and discreet delivery.

All orders arrive ready to be given or kept.

Production & delivery time

BRANDEL pieces are made to order and completed once they have been selected.

Most designs are ready to ship within 1–2 weeks. Pieces that include diamonds may take 2–4 weeks, as additional steps such as stone setting and finishing are required.

Once your piece is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.

If you have any questions regarding your shipment, we will be happy to assist.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your BRANDEL piece. However, if you wish to return or exchange an item, we offer complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery for orders within Europe.

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form to receive a return number and shipping instructions.

Once your request has been confirmed, you will receive further instructions by email. Returns shipped with our courier UPS are complimentary within Europe.

When returning a product

  • Ensure the item is unworn and in perfect condition
  • Include all original packaging, certificates and accessories
  • Use secure, protective packaging to ensure safe transport

Please note

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration cannot be accepted
  • Each item can be exchanged only once; exchanged items can subsequently be returned for a refund under the standard return conditions

All returned items are carefully inspected before a refund or exchange is issued.
